This bed is soft, comfy, washes easily and packs well for camping trips. Also, when you shake it out, all the dog hair comes off. It's a good size too. I have a shepherd/husky mix and she fits on it with a little room to spare. The only thing I don't like about it is that, while the bottom is water resistant, it's not waterproof. If you have it on wet or really dewy ground, it will absorb some. Other than that, it's great, and my dog loves sleeping on it - at home or on trips.

Delivery time was good, arrived when promised. It's a big plush bed, my Catalula leopard loves it. However the zipper tab broke-off so now it's very difficult to wash the cover separately without really working at it, which I like to do weekly, I like the liner feature. If your dog isn't large, a king size foam pillow with a water-proof pillow liner cover with a pillow case would do the same for a lot less money.

The stitching on the head ripped off after about 6 good shakes by my rat terrier. I know it's not a chew toy, but it ought to stand up to a little abuse. I think the shaking is over, so I stitched it up and put it to work. We'll see how it lasts.
On a related not, the snuggle warmer came with a cover, so this wasn't a completely necessary purchase. But the price was right.

I thought this was just a fluffy thing the dogs (miniature dachshunds) would just tear up. I have used the snuggle safe for years but never bought one of the stuffies. My dogs ADORE this thing! They lay one on each side and snuggle. Plus it keeps the snuggle safe disc warmer for much longer (hours longer). One of my dogs is older and really has a problem with the cold which, in Colorado, is something we can't really get away from easily. This really helps. If one came up on my gold box specials I would buy another one!
